Purchased a bed from Amart Midland. Orthokinetic Ensemble. The bed was used as a spare bed in the guest room, hardly ever used. Despite this lack of regular usage, over the course of 3 years the bed collapsed, fully caved in on one side. Initially Amart offered a "reselection" and replaced the frame with a similar, slightly newer one. A year later, the new bed frame also collapsed spectacularly, whilst sleeping one person in the guest room. I made a second warrenty claim, this time for a full refund due to the nature of this occurring twice. Back and forth for 2 weeks. After a fortnight of waiting and emailing and calling and arguing, despite accepting my claim the first time for the exact same issue, I was denied and told that the bed caving in isn't a major failure, and not considered a manufacturing issue. After pointing out the blatant errors in their logic and guiding them to their own product guarantees, they offered me another reselection. When I declined and insisted on a refund, they offered to refund me 50% of the cost. Eventually they agreed to a full refund, but it took 2 weeks of arguing and chasing them up over the phone after being denied to achieve this. The warranty team are absolutely pathetic, and will do everything in their power to prevent you from receiving the refund your entitled to. Avoid Amart at all costs, as their products are cheap and poorly made, and you probably won't be able to get your money back.

Clowns 3 times we have been to buy the same pictures that they said were in stock, it was to dark in the wear house the first time, stock computer problem the second, and now after ordering online and having 3 emails asking why we hadn’t collected ( even though they are closed for collections 3 days of the week) and us emailing to confirm, no pictures first guy wondered round for 15 mins said he can’t find it and then just left us, women a manager( I think) telling us we were at the wrong place “no we emailed and they told us to collect from here” turned her nose up and walked off another manager asking if we had sent anyone out the back to look ???. We were then told they are on the walls (used ) we can take one down but can’t do anything about the Price and when we said no looked at us like we were in the wrong. Now after taking time off work( because collections are closed on late night shopping night ) we have to wait 3-5 days for our money. Great service
